House Swap

Here's what I made for the House Swap at Circle MB.  Can't wait to see what jojoy has for me!!!  We were to do a house, a mini album, and either a stick pin or chunky charm.  Jojoy liked the idea of an art deco design, so I found a photo of an art deco home I liked and designed mine from it.  she also liked G45 Couture  paper line, which went very well with the art deco theme. I used my Explore to cut the car, fence, window frames and dress form.  I also used the Explore to cut the shape of my album from a shape from the Cricut  Art Deco Images

House:

here's the inside:

Here's the charm:  I made paper beads from Couture, and dyed the other beads to coordinate. I also dyed the metal frames.  I later added the peacock feather( not shown).

The album was cut from a layered image in Cricut Art Deco, papers from Couture.

  4. WOW Sage! This is just fabulous! I cannot get over how you would even come up with the idea of flipping the house upside down. Jojoy can fit a ton of pics in that mini album too. Just love your design - every bit of it!
